Learn how to safely and confidently move your students into deeper, more well-aligned shapes. This workshop will deal with various methods of assisting and hands-on adjustments (touch corrections, “feel good” assists, verbal cues) as well as go over assisting etiquette and helpful pointers. You will have plenty of opportunity to practice what you learn.
