Come and meet Vrinda and Gauri, three month old calves who are the first residents of a newly founded cow protection program, Gopala Goshala, in Berks County, PA. Sanskrit scriptures tell us that by serving the cow, we are serving the Divine. We will explore the significance of the cow in Vedic tradition and how the cow is symbolic of the Divine Mother and of Mother Earth. The seminar will include translation and commentary of the mantras traditionally chanted during Go Puja.
