You can feel better with EFT. Developed by Gary Craig, EFT is a simple, direct and gentle method of reducing stress and improving overall wellness. This experiential group will introduce participants to the world of subtle energy healing through tapping on acupoints with focused affirmations and intention. You will learn to integrate this technique into your daily life. February 26 is the first session of a monthly tapping group. Beginners are welcome.
