An immersive two-hour workshop exploring mantra and the living intelligence of sound.

Rooted in the yogic understanding of nāda—the subtle current of vibration that underlies all experience—this session invites participants to explore how voice, breath, and resonance can refine awareness, strengthen presence, and cultivate inner steadiness.

Rooted in yogic philosophy and grounded in contemporary life, this immersion offers a unique and transformative approach to cultivating steadiness and awareness.

In this workshop you will explore:

• How sound and vibration influence the body, breath, and mind
• Practical techniques to awaken resonance and strengthen the voice
• The deeper meaning and intention behind mantra practice
• How sacred sound can cultivate clarity, steadiness, and resilience

No prior experience is necessary. All voices are welcome.
