Come and join for this transformational Yoga retreat! Labor Day weekend marks a time of change, the ending of summer and nearing of the fall season. Through the method of Anusara Yoga and the Universal Principles of Alignment, Elias-Subrahmanya will skillfully guide students toward greater freedom in their bodies, hearts and minds. The qualities of joy and precision infused into each class will lend a balanced approach to the journey of transformation, and participants will discover how these qualities enrich their understanding of life. Through asana, pranayama and chanting, they will awaken to the natural state of joy and peace that resides inside.
