This workshop will teach steps for balancing mind, body and spirit using a wholistic perspective. The functions expressed through the four great elements of air, fire, water and earth can be used to help one understand the purpose of life's struggles by relating them to the four lower chakras in the yogic system. One will realize that repeated struggles are designed to increase awareness, and will gain insights for systematically integrating the mental, physical and spiritual worlds. Included are questions for self exploration.
