Every 2nd Sunday of the month
This workshop is a journey to your innate state of equilibrium and peace, designed to assist you in releasing stress, replenishing energy and strengthening your intuitive guidance. The class is a combination of pranayama, mindful movement, ecstatic dance and guided meditation. You will be accompanied by supportive music and the healing sounds of voice. There will also be an opportunity to receive Reiki healing at the end of the session, to further balance mind and body.
Shaking and movement are some of the oldest therapeutic modalities known to humans. They help release excess stress, tension and emotional build up, while meditation is centering and attuning oneself to inner peace. This workshop is suitable for beginners in meditation or yoga as well as those who are looking to add a twist to their yoga practice. Accessible to all levels. Be prepared to have fun!
Lila Ksenia is an Astrologer, Life Coach and Embodiment Facilitator. Using a mind-body-spirit approach, she aims to help individuals heal their subconscious and create a life of wellness, prosperity and peace. Lila has extensive training in subjects ranging from yoga to neuroscience. She holds a BA in Psychology and Mathematics, is a Certified Women’s Embodiment Facilitator and a Reiki Master. Over the decade, Lila has developed a unique approach that integrates psychology, mindfulness, yoga/intuitive movement, tantra and more.
