An immersive elemental sound journey! Now more than ever, there is a need to clear one’s mind and reset one’s nervous system. Using the healing frequencies of sacred sound instruments, the vibrations absorbed while immersed in a “sound bath” allow the parasympathetic nervous system to move out of “fight and flight” and into a slower, calmer state of being. This will revitalize an overwhelmed and stressed-out energy system.

To enjoy a sound bath, relax with a comfortable setup while lying on a mat with blankets, pillows and supports. Agni Devi and Stephen then surround you with the angelic sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Indian drone instruments, shakers, tuning forks, Shamanic drums, Japanese Koshi chimes and other sound healing instruments. They will connect you with the primal elements of earth, air, wind and water before leading you into the celestial realm of the gong. This sound journey will reconnect you to nature’s pure and soothing energy, which allows your natural healing systems to harmonize the physical, mental and emotional bodies. No prior experience is necessary.

Agni Devi (Thea Lanzisero) is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, a Yoga of Voice practitioner and an Advanced Gong Teacher Trainer. In addition to her ongoing studies at Ananda Ashram, including the Homa Fire Ceremony, Sanskrit and Sitar, she is a certified QiGong Level 1 practitioner and is completing her aromatherapy Level 1 NAHA certification. Thea offers sacred sound at many venues and occasions and travels where she is invited to participate and teach.

Stephen Earnhart became a Kundalini yogi in 2010 after the teachings resolved his incapacitating lower back pain. He then became a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra instructor, sound healer, Reiki practitioner, and a Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) facilitator. He believes these powerful tools can release stored tension originating from negative thought patterns, trauma and stress, and help invite joy and creativity into one’s life. Stephen also has a passion for directing and performing in film and theater projects. He regularly teaches and creates healing experiences in the New York City area and in Costa Rica.
