Ananda Ashram is very honored to once again host an intensive meditation retreat with Baba Shiva Rudra Balayogi, a Yogi and Meditation Master from Dehradun (India), who is a disciple of Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj. This year’s retreat will provide an extended opportunity for meditators and spiritual seekers of all levels to deepen their meditation practice and expand their spiritual knowledge. Baba draws from his own experience of Self realization to inspire participants and to clarify their questions on meditation and spirituality. Partial attendance, of any portion of the retreat, is possible and is welcomed.
