Webinar 1 of 3 - March 25:
Mind, Body & Consciousness through an Ayurvedic Lens
Ayurveda acknowledges that we are made up of many aspects, and that the cause of what we are suffering is often more than just our biology or psychology. Through the Ayurvedic lens, our mental health is not just a malady of the mind, but of our entire being - so we need to support the mind, the body, and the spirit.

Webinar 2 of 3 - April 29:
Approaching Depression & Anxiety through Ayurveda
Looking at depression and anxiety from an Ayurvedic perspective - how addressing the whole human being can offer us new tools and new paradigms to approach mental health in ourselves, our homes and our communities.

Webinar 3 of 3 - May 20:
The Effect of Color Therapy & Music on Mental Healing
We conclude the series on mental health by exploring the impacts of color and music on our states of being. Sound (Mantra) and color therapy (Vastu and Chakra systems) have been integral practices and treatment options in Ayurveda for thousands of years.
