Held in a tranquil, intentionally created space, this immersive experience weaves together ceremonial cacao with gentle movement, chanting and sound healing. You will be supported in both deep restoration and joyful expression. The grounding presence of your guides Jenni and Kika, will help you experience the resonance of your own voice as a pathway to healing.

Christina Wypijewska (Kika), MPH, ERYT500, YACEP , is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and College Professor. Since her yoga training at Ananda Ashram in 2011, she has been dedicated to creating sacred spaces for self-exploration through heart-centered practice. Integrating movement, sound, breath awareness and stillness, Kika shares the transformative power of yoga in a holistic, inclusive and modern way. She holds certifications in yoga therapy from the Yoga Vidya Gurukul (India) and sound healing from the Sage Academy of Sound Energy (Woodstock, NY). Jenni DeLillo (Priestess Shanti) is a dedicated Ceremonial Weaver, Cacao Guide, Author and Singer-Songwriter, based in upstate New York. She is also the Visionary of SUNSTONE, a wellness retreat sanctuary based in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Jenni has also been a certified hypnotherapist for over 10 years, infusing profound meaning into spoken language and exploring the intricacies of the mind. She has spent the majority of her life immersed in music, prayer and plant medicine, devoted and dedicated to Opening Hearts & Inspiring Minds.
