The Yoga Teacher Training Course is led by experienced Hatha Yoga instructors and by Ashram teachers who were taught directly by Founder Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati. Our teachers have been practicing and teaching for many years. Some are residing at the Ashram, studying and integrating the teachings into their daily life. The course is designed so that this knowledge and understanding can be passed on to students in an inspirational and encouraging way.
