Daily Hatha Yoga classes offered by Ananda Ashram staff are taught according to several yogic styles, incorporating important traditional postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), deep relaxation and meditation. Classes are designed to balance the entire energy system, help to relieve stress, bring strength and flexibility to the body and establish steadiness of mind.

Chi Gung Classes with Sifu Ken Lo:
Wu Mei Chi Gung is handed down from the Yoga of Bodhidharma. Consisting of pranayama exercises linked to body movements and asanas, this class enables the practitioner to cultivate, accumulate and control energies within and around the body, leading to vitality, wisdom and longevity.
