ASHRAM IMMERSION PROGRAM / Meditation in Action
"Ashram life teaches the blossoming of the individual so that we can adapt ourselves to any situation and any challenge of life. Our modern education is teaching us everything except how to prepare our life. This is the work of this Ashram."
Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati
This program is designed to give one the opportunity to be supported and guided in a process of self study and inquiry. Through this profound and exciting exploration, one's spiritual discipline deepens and one becomes more attuned to the eternal nature of the Self.
The Founder, Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati, envisioned the Ashram as the "university of nature." Immersion into the flow of Ashram living in its many aspects allows participants to experience a completely transformative and integrated way of living and working. This holistic approach to life becomes the key to natural happiness.
What does meditation in action mean? It means working diligently and with dedication, as a service to all beings. As one practices awareness of the witnessing Self, one will begin to feel the connection with a higher intelligence and will learn to trust its operation in daily life.
