A unique blend of guided meditations and innovative programs inspired by Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati - for both beginning and experienced students - will be offered under the calming guidance of Joan Suval. Enjoy optional Hatha Yoga classes with Ashram teachers, group walks, a special video,
delicious vegetarian meals and more while maintaining peaceful silence.
Included is a Devotional Vocal Concert by Deepak Kumar, with Tabla accompaniment by Naren Budhakar, on Saturday evening.
* These rates include a $100 tuition fee which will go to a special project designated by Joan Suval.
