Tuition $25 Dalien will guide you on an informative journey through the seven chakras (energy centers in the body), including their philosophy and application for everyday living. Specific yoga poses and bija mantras for each chakra will be explored and discussed. Come ring in your New Year with a set of balanced and happy chakras!
