Jennifer Schmid

Jennifer is a certified Ananda Ashram Yoga instructor. Her asana classes focus on the natural expression of movement supported by the breath, presenting a balanced posture flow with inner awareness. Her intensive studies at Ananda Ashram have helped her to integrate meditation and yogic philosophy into her teaching in order to create an atmosphere of healing and peace. She dedicates her service and studies to the well-being of all. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
