is an accomplished Bharata Natyam dancer from Bangalore, India, who began her dance career at the age of eight under the tutelage of Guru B. Bhanumathi. She has performed in numerous venues in India and toured England and the U.S. with the troupe Bharathanjali as one of its principal performers. Having moved from India recently, Deepika has begun teaching the ancient art form to interested students in New Jersey.
