Carrie Schneider

is a New York City based yoga teacher who teaches challenging yogasana classes designed to awaken practitioners to their true nature. She is the author of American Yoga (2003) and Yoga Within (2001). Her teaching is informed by her longtime practice and by trainings with yoga masters Richard Freeman and Rodney Yee.
