Prem Prakash

Prem Prakash is an American-born yogi who serves as the Director of the Green Mountain School of Yoga in Middlebury, Vermont. He is the author of The Yoga of Spiritual Devotion, Three Paths of Devotion, Yoga American Style and The Universal Yoga. In 2007, the Institute of the Himalayan Tradition presented Prem Prakash with their Annual Service Award, and in 2008 he was honored by the Institute as a Yogiraj, an “Accomplished Yogi.” Visit his website for more information.
