(Krishna Kumari) is the director of the Native Wisdom School at Ananda Ashram. Her education was at the University of Minnesota, New York University and SUNY, with degrees in French, Anthropology, ESL and Humanistic Education. She worked as educator for many years in public and private schools as well as spiritual organizations. She met her Guru Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati in 1973 and has studied with Seneca elder Grandmother Twylah Nitsch from 1980 onward.
