Shyamdas

Shyamdas is one of the early Western disciples of Neem Karoli Baba (Maharaj-ji). He received bhakti initiation from His Holiness Shri Goswami Prathameeshji, the head of the Vallabha Sampradaya. Shyam Das has written numerous books about devotion and the Path of Grace and translates from Braja Bhasha, Hindi, Gujarati and Sanskrit. He has studied classical Dhrupada music and divides his time between Vrindavan and the U.S., where he teaches, sings and continues to write about the path of devotion to Shri Krishna.
