This retreat is an opportunity to step out of your regular routine and slow down. The tools of yoga, meditation, breathing and nature will be used to encourage the release of stress, tension and anxiety. Spending the weekend in this state of ease is a reminder of how good it feels to relax; giving you time to retrain your body and mind to access this state of peace more easily at any time. It takes practice to do most things well, and relaxing is no different. This is your chance to get really good at relaxing!
