Ananda Ashram is very honored to once again host an intensive meditation retreat with Baba Shiva Rudra Balayogi, a Yogi and Meditation Master from Dehradun (India), who is a disciple of Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj. These retreats provide an opportunity for meditators and spiritual seekers of all levels to spend time with Baba, deepening their meditation practice and expanding their spiritual knowledge. Baba draws from his own experience of Self realization to inspire participants and to clarify their questions on meditation and spirituality. Partial attendance, of any portion of the retreat, is possible and is welcomed.
